As the title suggests, what are your favourite albums of 2008?

I haven't bought too many new releases this year but of what I did, would have to narrow it down to Watershed by Opeth and The Formation of Damnation by Testament.

Great Album, AC/DC just sticking to their guns and producing the rock music that they do best. Cant get any better than that.

Other Albums:

Metallica - Death Magnetic (big improvement on St. Anger)
Shihad - The Beautiful Machine
Motorhead - Motorizer
