Enter Shikari aren't really Metalcore.

Should've add a few of these, Killswitch Engage, Trivium, As I Lay Dying, All That Remains, Lamb Of God, August Burns Red and The Devil Wears Prada, Chimaira, Shadows Fall, Unearth, The Acacia Strain, Every Time I Die, Darkest Hour.

They're probably the biggest metalcore bands.

Bullet for my Valentine isn't metalcore either.

I reckon add in bands like Suicide Silence, The Acacia Strain.

I don't think their should be a poll, due to the fact there are so many different bands, and they may not neccesarily be the best ones.

My fav Aussie Metalcore bands are Parkway, Carpathian and The Red Shore.

My fav Aussie hardcore bands are Outrage, LIONHEARTXXX and 50 Lions.

I have seen all of them live. I have also seen Wish for Wings, IKTPQ etc.

Seen quite a few.

YEah, BFMV have changed. Their first album was kind of Metalcore though. The Acacia Strain are a worthy addition. But theres a limit to 10 in a poll.

anyways i'm not realy a big fan of metalcore..but still i love to feel the anger sometimes Razz

so i guess i'll go with Trivium as ma favourit metalcore band.. i love the way they play the guitar !

Between the Buried and Me- although I'd say progressive metal is the better catergorisation rather than Metalcore, in which case I'd have to say Killswitch Engage would get my vote closely followed by As I lay Dying or Parkway. I consider Lamb of God more Groove metal than metalcore otherwise they'd be in contention.
